I had the good fortune to meet BC Lions star Defensive Back J.R. LaRose and draft choice and Vernon native Matt Walker at our office fundraiser for Camp Easter Seals that was held at the Turtle Mountain Vineyards on May 10. All funds raised go to Easter Seals Kidstocamp. It was a great event and a treat to meet these two great Canadian athletes.
